Our Founder

Leo Crawford is a veteran, visionary and community builder. Born and raised in North Omaha, Leo’s path has taken him from high school basketball standout to U.S. Army Ranger, company commander, training developer, project management officer to President of Crawford Worldwide Business Systems. With more than 27 years of combined military and business experience, Leo has led with discipline and dedication. He founded Soirée Café as a love letter to Omaha—honoring his roots while building a legacy for the community.
