Our Founder & Owner
Leo Crawford is a veteran, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 27 years of combined military and corporate experience. From serving as a U.S. Army Ranger and company commander to leading large-scale business operations, his leadership philosophy is rooted in structure, accountability, and results.
He founded Soirée Executive Workspace to bring that same discipline and professionalism to Midtown Omaha-creating a space where serious work happens and business grow with intention.
